Garam Masala

Coriander Powder

Green Coriander

Mangodi

METHOD

 

  • Take Mangodi and fry in oil and keep them aside put oil in Bhagona and add whole garam Masala ie. Mace, clove, Bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom.

  • Add chopped onion and Tomatoes and crushed ginger and garlic.

  • Add powdered spices with water.

  • Boil and put Potatoes and cut pieces of potato.

  • When potatoes are done add Mangodi.

  • Serve not and garnish with coriander leaves.
