Coriander seed

Coriander leaves

A bunch

Garlic

2 flakes

Oil

Green chillies

10 gm

Salt

To taste

Chilli powder

½ tsp

METHOD

 

  • Clean spinach and wash well.

  • Clean and slice garlic, ginger and green chillies and coriander leaves.

  • Heat fat, add garlic, ginger, green chillies and coriander seed and mashed spinach, add red chilli powder, salt.

  • Fry well and serve hot.
