METHOD
-
Clean spinach
and wash well.

Clean and slice
garlic, ginger and green chillies and coriander leaves.

Heat fat, add
garlic, ginger, green chillies and coriander seed and mashed spinach, add
red chilli powder, salt.

Fry well and
serve hot.
