METHOD
-
Melt fat and
roast semolina. Till it is light brown.

Add hot water
and mix well.

Keep the pan
cover for 2 min.

Add sugar and
mix well

Add cardamom
powder.

Cook for 5 min.
till all the sugar melts.

Remove from
fire and serve.
