METHOD 

  • Sieve flour.

  • Add salt and oil mix thoroughly.

  • Add sufficient amount of water to from a stiff dough.

  • Divide into even portion and roll to about 2-3” in diameter.

  • Heat oil. When fairly hot add pouri and press down using a perforated spoon.

  • Once they puff up cook on both sides __ golden brown.

  • Drain out and serve hot.
