METHOD
-
Sieve flour.
-
Add salt and
oil mix thoroughly.

Add sufficient
amount of water to from a stiff dough.
-
Divide into
even portion and roll to about 2-3” in diameter.
-
Heat oil. When
fairly hot add pouri and press down using a perforated spoon.
-
Once they puff
up cook on both sides __ golden brown.
-
Drain out and
serve hot.
