METHOD
-
Mix Rice flour with a little cold milk

Boil remaining milk, add to rice flour mixture.

Cook on a slow fire, till it becomes fairly thick

Draw the pan to the side of the fire and sprinkle sugar.

When sugar is dissolved powder.
-
Pour into flat dishes. Recorded with shredded Nuts.

Cool and serve.
