METHOD
-
Wash and soak
rice for four hours.

Blanch almonds
and remove the skin.

Dissolve
saffron in milk boil milk in a handi.

Heat fat and
fry the rice.
-
Add milk and
stir continuously.

Reduce heat and
slimmer on slow fire till the rice is looked.

Add sugar and
cook till fairly thick.
-
Add remaining
ingredients and serve hot.
