GAJAR KA HALWA

 

INGREDIENTS

Carrot

250gm

Milk

100gm

Mawa

250gm

Clarified butter

55gm

Sugar

115gm

Dry fruits

20gm

Cardamom

5gm

METHOD

  • Wash carrot, peel and grate

  • Add carrot to the milk and cook

  • When milk dries, add fat and fry.

  • Add half Mawa and cook

  • Add sugar, add dry fruits and crushed cardamom

  • Sprinkle over with left over Mawa
