METHOD
-
Wash carrot, peel and grate
-
Add carrot to the milk and cook

When milk dries, add fat and fry.

Add half Mawa and cook
-
Add sugar, add dry fruits and crushed cardamom
-
Sprinkle over with left over Mawa
